Optimum Resources Limited is a multidisciplinary training, education, professional development, management consultancy and business outsourcing organization founded on the 1st of August, 1987 and incorporated in Nigeria on the 12th November, 1992 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990 CAP C20 LFN,2004. Under the enabling law the company is mandated to operate as consultants and project managers, and to establish and administer training centres, colleges, post-secondary professional institutes based on correspondence tuition or open learning systems, residential, non-residential or day release programmes, courses, workshops, seminars either solely or in collaboration with local or foreign firms and institutions and award certificates and diplomas in various fields of study.

Optimum Resources has successfully designed and implemented public administration, management, marketing/sales, technology, safety and security operations, engineering, finance/taxation/revenue drive, manufacturing, transportation, general operations, supply chain, outsourcing, recruitment/executive selection, industrial relations and other Human Resources Management(HRM) programmes in the last 30 years, having worked with several public sector organizations, professional bodies and multinational, international and indigenous companies in various industrial and economic sectors nationwide.
